Home & Office Organizing + Unpacking Support
We help you simplify, reset, and organize your space—whether you're settling into a new home or making your current one work better for you.
We work in 3-hour minimum sessions. Each session includes 3 hours of hands-on organizing time with one organizer. You’ll use one session per organizer per visit.
Examples:
- 1 organizer for 3 hours = 1 session
- 2 organizers for 3 hours = 2 sessions
- 3 organizers for 3 hours = 3 sessions
More organizers = faster progress! We’ll recommend the right number of sessions based on your project size and goals.
Rate:
$210 per session ($70/hour per organizer)

$100 deposit to book, balance due after sessionReset – 4 sessions/12 hours

Travel Fee: $70/hour applies for locations beyond 60 minutes round trip from Portland, ME

Photo Management Services
Helping you preserve memories, reduce clutter, and bring order to your photo collection with care and compassion.

In-Depth Consultation – $70/hour
Includes a photo review, assessment of your collection, and creation of a customized plan. This step is required before any project work begins so we can define your goals, preferences, and timeline.
Hourly Rate – $70/hour — covers hands-on time for:
Sorting and organizing printed photos
Removing photos from albums or frames
Grouping and labeling categories (labels are carried over to digital folder names after scanning)
Time spent on photo restoration beyond basic color correction
Advanced digital file naming (beyond basic name/date) or adding searchable metadata
Designing or sourcing photo sharing platforms, archival storage options, photo books, and digital frames
Each project is handled with care to ensure your memories are preserved safely and organized in a meaningful, easy-to-access way.
Scanning Fees
$0.70 per scan (up to 8x10) - Applies to standard, loose photo prints sized 3x5, 4x6, 5x7, and 8x10.
Phased Approach
Projects are completed in manageable phases. After each phase, you’ll receive a detailed progress update and invoice. This approach keeps you informed and allows you to control the pace and budget of your project.
Partner Services
I collaborate with my business partner, Pete Smith, owner of OneNest Media. Pete specializes in digital photo management, including:
Organizing photos and videos from cloud services and camera rolls
Digitizing older media (VHS tapes, slides, negatives, etc.)
Creating digital backups and streamlined storage systems
