How My Photo Management Process Works
Preserving your photo memories doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. Whether you're sorting old albums, scanning loose prints, or planning a digital backup, I make it simple and stress-free—one step at a time.
1. Free Discovery Call (15–20 minutes) We start with a quick phone call to discuss your goals, your collection, and the best next steps. This is a no-pressure chat to see if we’re a good fit.
2. In-Depth Consultation ($100) If we move forward, we’ll schedule a hands-on or virtual consultation. I’ll review the scope of your collection, explain your options, and help you create a phased plan for getting it done.
3. Project Phases Instead of tackling everything at once, we’ll work in manageable phases. Each phase might include organizing one box, scanning a stack of prints, or sorting a specific event. You’ll receive a progress update and invoice after each phase.
4. Transparent Billing You’ll only be billed for time and scans completed during each phase—no big upfront payments or vague estimates. If it’s a small project, we might complete everything in just one or two sessions.
5. Final Delivery You’ll receive clearly labeled digital folders and your original items returned—or securely deleted, based on your preference. I can also guide you through cloud storage and backup.
